Job Summary
Project Manager to support the execution of creative, content, and live experience projects at STURDY. This role focuses on project coordination, media management, documentation, budget actualization, and archiving under the Producer’s direction. Responsibilities include scheduling and tracking with workback plans, coordinating cross-team communications, facilitating kickoff and status meetings, supporting content development workflows, tracking project budgets and financial documentation (including W9s, W8s, Sole Proprietor forms, COIs), maintaining project documentation and media management, coordinating with Render Wranglers when needed, and leading closeout and archiving procedures. Requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Frame.io, Suite Studio, Monday.com, and similar tools, plus familiarity with 2D/3D/motion design workflows and render farm processes. Travel domestically and internationally as required. A High School diploma is required and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

- Valid driver’s license and comfort handling light production errands or on-site support as needed
