Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of a defined project from initiation through close-out, including budget, schedule, submittals, equipment and material orders, labor and subcontractors, billings, and close-out documents. Acts as the primary contact between Strictly Mechanical and the customer, follows the written PM process, coordinates and optimizes the use of equipment, materials, labor, and subcontractors to successfully complete the project, and provides direction and decisions to ensure proper execution per plans, specifications, submittals, and contract documents while embodying the core values: Committed, Loyal, Equitable, Accountable and Reliable (C.L.E.A.R.).
