Job Summary
Lead project delivery for PCS studies by developing project management plans, executing client update presentations, and managing recruitment trackers and site training materials. Coordinate bid defense presentations with the Principal in Charge and coach project management analysts and associate project managers. Account for optimizing speed, quality, and cost while ensuring compliance with SOPs and policies. Set team objectives, monitor progress against contracts, and proactively manage risks and change control processes. Serve as the primary or backup customer contact, leading vendor management and collaborating with business development representatives to ensure financial success and revenue acceleration. Mentor team members, identify lessons learned, and drive operational excellence to support milestone achievement.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of prior relevant experience including > 1 years project management experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Advanced knowledge of job area, and broad knowledge of other related job areas, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of therapeutic areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work through others to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, monitoring/managing performance and providing feedback, experience productively partnering cross functionally and with customers to advance work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to make decisions, bringing clarity to disparate information to inform actions and drive results
- Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic, evolving, and less-regulated environments while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and best practices
