Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives LatAm

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of medium- to high-complexity strategic initiatives across multiple Latin American markets. Structure and manage cross-functional, multi-country project teams with clear roles, timelines, and accountability. Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable project plans and workstreams. Partner with regional and local leadership to align priorities, resources, and deliverables; communicate progress to senior leadership with risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Manage highly confidential initiatives with discretion. Monitor performance against objectives, timelines, and KPIs; develop structured documentation, project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level presentations. Support the VP of Strategic Initiatives & Execution LatAm in coordinating regional transformation agendas and cycles; act as a problem solver to identify the best ways to execute and improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Initiatives, Consulting, or Transformation roles
- Proven track record leading multi-country, cross-functional projects in complex organizational environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Solid command of project management methodologies and tools
