Job Summary
Project Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery of enterprise initiatives including technology, operational transformation, process improvement, and strategic programs. Provides end-to-end project delivery governance including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Supports PMO standards, governance frameworks, project intake processes, prioritization, and methodologies. Manages multiple concurrent initiatives with varying complexity, risk, and visibility. Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths. Facilitates cross-functional coordination and dependency management across teams and initiatives. Prepares and delivers executive reporting including status, risks, issues, and escalation management. Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks; implements corrective actions and recovery strategies. Partners with Change Management to support stakeholder engagement, communication planning, adoption readiness, and transition activities. Drives financial management including budgets, forecasting, and variance tracking. Manages vendor relationships, contracts, and performance. Ensures quality through testing, validation, and acceptance processes. Strengthens the transition to operational ownership ensuring business readiness and sustainability post-implementation. Supports enterprise portfolio visibility and contributes to PMO Center of Excellence improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years project management experience across enterprise initiatives (technology, operational, and strategic)
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience with enterprise systems and/or business transformation initiatives
- Strong skills in planning, governance, risk management, and reporting
