Job Summary
Project Manager position handling non-technical aspects of single Business Unit projects (costs, schedule, communication, billing, closeout). Responsibilities include leading project life-cycle activities with Technical Leads, managing scope, schedule, and budget, developing project plans and reports, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining professional stakeholder relationships. Key skills include formal project management methodologies, proficiency with MS Office and project management software, strong written and oral communication, leadership, collaboration, and ability to travel and work extended hours. Education required: Bachelor's degree; experience in project management and PMP is preferred. Location: Winter Haven, FL. Type: Full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in project management is preferred
- PMP certification is desired
