Job Summary
Manage projects from conceptual design through manufacturing and distribution while supporting the Sales Manager. Oversee daily requests from the Sales Manager, Office Manager, and clients, requiring strong communication, organization, and detail orientation. Identify process improvements and drive best practices through feedback with manufacturing partners and suppliers. Perform data analysis and reporting for your team while learning the internal ordering platform and requirements. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, with 10% travel required. This role is based in Bentonville, AR, within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that values team accountability and proactive problem-solving.
