Own specific workstreams within large government and corporate programs; manage day-to-day delivery with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors; build and maintain project trackers, status reports, and communication logs; flag risks and issues proactively before they escalate; support senior PM with governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications; actively use AI tools to improve efficiency, documentation, and output quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in project management or structured program delivery
- Experience on government, corporate, or institutional programs is preferred
- Clear and confident communicator — in writing, in meetings, and on client calls
- Structured thinker: you define what done looks like before you start
- Active daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar — non-negotiable
- Self-starter with real ownership — you describe what you personally built, not what the team did
