Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for ASRS rack manufacturing and installation, collaborating with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery. Develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress to address delays and maintain quality control. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, manage documentation including contracts and change orders, and serve as the primary point of contact for existing and future projects. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and partner with stakeholders to solicit additional business through contract execution. This role reports to the Operations Executive with a path to advance into Business Development. Candidates must have a background in project management within the ASRS or industrial manufacturing sector, proficiency in AutoCAD and CRM tools, and willingness to travel within the US and Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience and success in project management preferably in the ASRS, industrial manufacturing, industrial and/or material handling Industry
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex manufacturing and installation projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software, project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and oversee projects in the US and Mexico
