Project Manager (St. Louis-Based; No Travel Required)

Project Manager for Alberici in Saint Louis, MO. Responsible for developing, maintaining, updating, distributing, and managing estimates; monitoring Superintendent performance; overseeing change orders and billing; supervising subcontractor performance; ensuring project quality, performance, and regulatory compliance; managing project startup; reviewing costs against estimates; maintaining labor productivity reports; and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects across North America. Travel to company offices, client sites, subcontractors, and suppliers across North America is required as needed to fulfill duties. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field and 5-7 years of field construction project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
