Job Summary
Coordinate project execution and control for the built environment from initial start-up through project closeout, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence. Lead and align the assigned team to deliver multiple development and production programs, oversee completeness and accuracy of the project team's work, create status reports, review budgets, communicate with clients on goals, track material orders and deliveries, develop detailed project plans, prepare estimates/change orders, nurture client relationships, and provide additional support to internal groups. Requires ability to manage complex projects, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and shop drawings; proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical degree
- 10 years experience in design and construction
- at least 5 years in a project management role managing multiple projects simultaneously
- strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
