Job Summary
Lead project leadership as the primary point of contact with the customer, ensuring company and client objectives are achieved through daily safety oversight, cost management, and schedule control. Conduct routine safety leadership walks, review Arrowsight footage, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and utility protocols. Perform daily quantity reviews, prepare monthly payment applications, and manage change orders and delay claims. Lead the development and approval of the CPM schedule, coordinate subcontractor and vendor work, and represent the company in meetings with the Owner and Project Partners. Maintain project records, approve payables, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards while promoting a culture of safety across the entire jobsite.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering, or 4-Year Degree in Construction or Environmental Management
- 7+ years of related experience
- At least 2 years as a Project Manager on projects with a value of at least $10M
- Experience in Heavy Construction (civil infrastructure, site-work, roads, bridges, environmental, support of excavation, cast-in-place and pile foundations, underground utility systems, or sewer wastewater treatment plants)
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated

- Highly organized
- Excellent follow-through capability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accurately process documents
- Ability to perform duties in a timely manner
- Familiar with electronic document access and construction management software such as Procore
- Familiar with financial management and accounting software such as Viewpoint
- Familiar with project critical path method scheduling software such as Primavera P6
- Proficient with interpreting plans and specs
- Proficient with developing construction schedules
- Experience leading and developing subordinates into positions of advancement
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to obtain TWIC, DBIDs, or other similar credentials for access to restricted or government sites
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years as a Project Manager on projects with a value of at least $10M preferred
