Job Summary
Project Manager / Sr Highway Design Engineer (Roadway Engineer 3) to join Atlas's Georgia team. Responsibilities include managing multiple transportation design projects with a focus on client interactions, providing daily quality control, training junior engineers, assisting with business development, strategic planning and oversight, developing and managing comprehensive project plans (timelines, budgets, resources), ensuring roadway design/construction activities meet jurisdictional standards, overseeing project phases from concept to final design and construction, and leading client and stakeholder engagement through presentations and public meetings. Also manage contracts, billing, and cost control. Minimum requirements: BSCE or BCE; 10+ years highway design; 2+ years PM experience; GA PE and GSWCC Level II certification; Bentley MicroStation V8 and MS Office proficiency; Bentley Open Roads Designer (preferred); Georgia DOT PDP (preferred).
