Job Summary
Develop project budgets, schedules, and proposals while managing timelines, contracts, and subcontract issues for medium to large, complex, multi-year projects. Lead project teams through the full lifecycle from scope development to QA/QC, ensuring deliverables meet quality management standards and contract documents. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive execution, facilitate meetings, and track budget projections. Nurturing existing client relationships to acquire new business and supporting sales efforts in pursuit of repeat work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related degree
- A minimum of 6 years of demonstrated project management experience
- Experience in managing web application development projects
- Experience in working with or understanding of GIS/ geospatial data
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational skills
- An energetic attitude and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Applicant must live in the U.S.
- Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Master�s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Experience in Transportation, Land Cover, and/or Tree Canopy projects preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
