Job Summary
Build project plans maximizing team utilization and partner deliverables while coordinating cross-team collaboration for alignment. Translate product 'Why?' into cohesive plans defining what, who, how, and when, then manage ticket creation, resource assignment, and scheduling. Run all team ceremonies, provide accurate status updates to stakeholders, and drive resolution of production issues. Hold the team to high standards in ETA accuracy and code quality, identifying and implementing process improvements. Must be based in EU timezone with fluent English skills; this role supports Sporty's remote-first, sustainability-focused mission.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in EU timezone
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Demonstrated experience managing teams in an scrum framework
- Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
