Job Summary
Act as a liaison between General Managers, technical experts, clients, and field teams to lead Emergency Responders and Environmental Consultants. Oversee and direct field operations, develop project scopes, and manage project teams while communicating updates to clients and regulatory bodies. Manage project budgets, timelines, reporting, invoicing, and revenue tracking to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to respond to emergency incidents outside regular business hours. This role supports emergency response operations and remediation activities across Canada, offering hybrid flexibility and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Land Reclamation, Biological Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental site remediation and reclamation
- Experience working in safety-sensitive environments
- Strong project management and leadership experience
- Knowledge of emergency response practices, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting project needs
- Available to respond to emergency incidents outside of regular business hours when required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Professional designation (or in progress) such as AIA, APEGA, or ASPB
