Project Manager, Specialty Care Program Support

Job Summary
Develop and maintain project schedules, action trackers, and tools to monitor milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for one to two Specialty Care Program Office workstreams. Coordinate activities across related programs, produce executive-level status reports, dashboards, policies, and communication plans, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and decision-making forums. Maintain risk, issue, and action-item logs while tracking scope changes and providing Government customers with timely reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with data analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Minimum four (4) years of experience successfully managing a large-scale, complex program encompassing multiple projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar in quality, with a minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably a large health care organization
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Eight (8) or more years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs or projects, preferably within a large health care organization
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA), particularly specialty care, clinical programs, or enterprise transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with federal health care environments and enterprise initiatives such as electronic health record modernization, the PACT Act, or Access initiatives
- Experience developing executive dashboards, status reporting, and SharePoint/Microsoft Teams-based collaboration tools
- Additional relevant certification(s) (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Change Management)
