Project Manager Specialist

Support assigned Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, tracking, and coordination across all project phases, while independently managing smaller capital projects from planning through closeout. Conduct site visits to observe progress, quality, and safety, and report findings back to leadership. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments as directed. Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation for smaller projects, serving as the day-to-day point of contact. Process invoices, pay applications, and commitments for accuracy, and assist with basic variance tracking. Prepare meeting materials, capture notes, and follow up on outstanding tasks. Provide regular updates to Project Managers and Operations teams, including weekly and monthly status reports on budget, schedule, milestones, risks, and change orders. Manage closeout for smaller projects, ensuring punch list completion and receipt of warranties and as-built drawings.
