Project Manager

Project Manager responsible for assigned CX projects of low to medium scope, overseeing planning and execution of project plans, QA/QC plan implementation, and ensuring client satisfaction. Leads scope definition with clients and stakeholders, negotiates and administers fees for additional services, monitors budgets and accounts receivable, prepares monthly billing projections, and coordinates design/construction activities and field oversight. Serves as the primary liaison between the project team and client, communicates schedules, monitors manpower, performs site visits, conducts engineering studies using industry software, and ensures conformance to design specifications, owner expectations, and building codes. Requires thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, understanding of project delivery and systems design, knowledge of building codes and construction procurement, general budgeting, and strong written and verbal communication, with willingness to mentor less experienced colleagues within the CX group.
