Job Summary
Coordinate SomReP project delivery, implementation planning, and performance management across multiple partners and locations in Mogadishu. Lead programme planning, budget oversight, donor compliance, and risk management while ensuring activities align with government priorities and community needs. Collaborate with MEAL teams to integrate monitoring indicators, analyze performance data, and drive evidence-based adaptations. Engage federal and local government institutions to strengthen ownership, facilitate joint reviews, and support institutional capacity. Manage consortium coordination, financial reporting, and procurement to ensure measurable resilience outcomes for vulnerable children.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in in development studies, international development, project management, economics, agriculture, natural resource management, disaster risk management, humanitarian studies, public administration, or another relevant discipline
- At least three to five years of experience in programme or project management within humanitarian, development, resilience, climate adaptation, food security, livelihoods, or disaster risk management programmes
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi partner, multi sector, or consortium programmes
- Experience managing donor funded programmes, including workplans, budgets, compliance, reporting, and contractual deliverables
- Experience working in fragile, conflict affected, drought affected
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree with substantial relevant programme management experience may be considered
