Job Summary

Lead and coordinate projects across IT, Supply Chain Management, Facilities, and other departments by partnering with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans, schedules, and task tracking while facilitating meetings, providing status updates, and ensuring alignment across teams. Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions to keep initiatives on track, coordinating internal teams and external partners/vendors as needed. Support implementation of new processes, systems, and operational improvements while maintaining clear documentation throughout project lifecycles. Contribute to improving project management practices and team efficiency. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating projects, initiatives, events, or process improvements (no formal PM title required)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills across teams and levels of the organization
  • Ability to take ownership and drive work to completion with minimal supervision
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders or departments
  • Experience leading events, programs, or large-scale initiatives
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions
  • Attention to detail and ability to track timelines, tasks, and deliverables
  • Comfort leading meetings and following up on action items
  • Proficiency with common workplace tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Bachelor's degree

Desired Qualifications

  • Background in implementing new processes, systems, or workflow improvements
  • Exposure to IT, Supply Chain, Facilities, or similar operational functions
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
  • Understanding of project management concepts (timelines, milestones, risk tracking)
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-department environments
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or external partners
  • Informal leadership experience (team lead, committee chair, initiative owner)
  • Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Interest in pursuing project management certification (PMP or CAPM)
