Job Summary
Lead utility-scale solar and renewable-energy projects from preconstruction through completion; manage budgets, schedules, and resources; oversee subcontractors and field teams to ensure project execution, cost control, safety, and quality; review contracts, manage costs, and provide financial reporting; travel to project sites to monitor progress and support field teams; contribute to estimating efforts and support proposal development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing electrical construction projects in industrial, utility, or renewable energy sectors
- Proven experience leading multi-million-dollar projects (utility-scale or large industrial projects preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycle from estimating through closeout
- Strong understanding of project financials including job cost tracking, forecasting, and cost control
- Background working with electrical contractors or supporting electrical scopes of work required
