Job Summary
Develop scope, define backlog items, and maintain prioritized user stories to guide the agile software development team. Own the product roadmap, assess value, and prioritize epics and themes aligned with business strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders during visioning, draft key objectives, and develop detailed specifications for product features. Solve product-related problems, make trade-off decisions, and represent the team to clients and senior management. Bridge the gap between internal and external customers to align product delivery with strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Computer Science
- Overall 7-10 years' experience required
- Prior experience on a scrum team
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in scrum
- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies
- Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Agile would be great
- Scrum Certification e.g., CSPO, CSM, ACSM
