Job Summary
Plan and manage software projects by running sprints, tracking progress, and keeping teams unblocked using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. Maintain schedules and budgets while raising issues early, and communicate directly with international clients in Thai and English through meetings and written reports. Leverage AI tools to enhance daily delivery and report status clearly to both clients and management. Start with smaller, less complex projects before managing 2 to 3 concurrent accounts with teams of 4 to 8 people. This role reports to the Head of Delivery within Manao Software's Bangkok office, offering a clear path to Senior Project Manager with support for certification and training.
Required Qualifications
- Thai nationals only
- Based at Bangkok office (no fully remote work)
- Hybrid work available after probation
- At least 2 years of full-time experience managing software development projects as a PM
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Business level English and Thai, written and spoken
- Hands on experience running projects with Agile and Scrum, not only theory
- Practical experience with Jira
- Organized, clear in writing, and comfortable following up with people until things are done
- Interested in AI tools and willing to learn them quickly
Desired Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification, or PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus
- Experience with international or European clients is a plus
