Job Summary
Manage multiple commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout, including ground-up builds, renovations, and site demolition across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Lead subcontractor buyouts, negotiate contracts, and prepare scopes of work while developing schedules and managing budgets. Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues proactively and ensure quality, safety, and successful delivery. Utilize Procore, Microsoft Outlook, and Office Suite to maintain project execution. This hands-on role requires 8+ years of experience with projects ranging from $100K to $6M+.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously
- Proven success managing projects from $100K–$6M+
- Ground-up commercial construction experience required
- Experience with subcontractor buyouts and contract negotiations
- Strong scheduling, budgeting and cost management skills
- Experience using Procore required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel regularly to active construction sites
- Must be able to walk jobsites
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders as necessary
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Demolition, sitework and excavation experience preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building abilities
