Project Manager - Smallworks & moves

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate minor office refurbishments, interior alterations, and technical fit-outs while managing scope, budget, and quality standards for smallworks assignments. Supervise on-site delivery, oversee contractors, and proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Manage end-to-end corporate relocations, workplace reconfigurations, and decommissioning projects, serving as the primary client-facing contact from initiation to handover. Prepare quotations, negotiate supplier contracts, and apply Circular Economy policies to FF&E inventories. Build relationships with clients, facilities managers, and supply chain partners while delivering clear progress reports and post-project evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Dutch & English
- Proven experience in managing fit-out, strip-out, and small works projects
- Solid knowledge of the Move (Porterage) and furniture supply chains
- Strong understanding of Sustainability and the Circular Economy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis (Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in implementing MAC Framework Agreements/Quotations/Variations, delivering services under contracts, preparing charges for contracts and understanding the risk implications of working contracts
- Experience of reporting and analysing financial trends
- HBO or WO level degree in a relevant discipline, such as Project Management, Construction, Real Estate or Facility Management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD 2020 and above, space planning, and managing corporate moves
- Professional project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMI/PMP)
