Job Summary
Project Manager, Small Projects responsible for managing client-site initiatives and tenant improvement projects at a client site, campus, and facilities. Role involves coordinating with property/facility management, monitoring budgets and timelines, preparing project reports and drawings reviews across design development and construction phases, assisting in selecting and overseeing consultants and construction teams, reviewing requisitions and change orders, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, safety regulations, and codes while maintaining quality, service, cost, and profitability. Key competencies include client focus, communication, relationship management, leadership, organization, and technical proficiency in engineering/construction.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience
