Job Summary
Coordinate large, complex task orders and direct skilled technical resources while ensuring compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements. Manage project team activities, allocate staffing and equipment, and mitigate risks through detailed analysis of operational objectives and draft plans. Develop multi-project Work Breakdown structures and Integrated Master Schedules to deconflict resource allocation and provide direction and mentoring to team members. Prepare action plans for the Government and track requirements satisfaction for reporting to customer agency representatives. Document system and project process improvements and report on technical progress, issues, and problem areas.
Required Qualifications
- An ACTIVE security clearance
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Five (5) or more years' experience in managing projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government
- Bachelor's degree from and accredited college or university
- Four (4) years' demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Four (4) years of additional project management experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in tactical SIGINT processing and distribution
- Eight (8) years' experience in managing projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government
- Six (6) years' demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in tactical SIGINT processing and distribution
- Experience with ITSM
