Job Summary
Oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation activities for medical imaging equipment across all modalities, including MR, CT, X-Ray, and therapy systems. Foster high-level relationships with key accounts to develop project pre-construction plans, estimates, and schedules while monitoring construction progress with facilities, architects, and engineers. Coordinate with customer stakeholders to solve construction issues, manage delivery timelines, and communicate status updates to internal and external parties. Visit project sites to secure measurements, procure cost estimates, and optimize equipment layouts and clinical workflows. Attend presale meetings with Sales Account Executives and consult customers to incorporate layout improvements into project drawings. Manage matrix project teams, third-party vendors, and travel up to 75% to neighboring cities and states.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 1-3+ years of complex project management experience
- managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Construction in healthcare environments preferred (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC, etc)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings
- CAD knowledge
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- Proficiency with MS Office software (Outlook, Teams, Notes, Excel, & Word)
- Experience at successfully managing matrix project teams, third party vendors, and working within a large corporate structure
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Candidates should be based in region posted and be willing to travel to neighboring cities/states as needed
- To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver's license in the state they reside
- may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law)
