Job Summary
Develop and manage project estimates, schedules, and change orders while monitoring costs against projections to ensure budget adherence. Supervise subcontractors, coordinate daily operations with superintendents and project engineers, and conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality and safety specifications. Maintain accurate billing, approve invoices, and manage labor relations to support positive cash flow and project delivery. Travel extensively across North America for client meetings and site visits, representing the company to owners and stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of construction project management experience, with up to 85% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree related to the construction industry
- 5 years' experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities
- exposure to projects in excess of $20 million
- willing to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%)
