Project Manager

Senior Project Manager to lead one large or multiple smaller industrial construction projects in the Southeast. Responsible for ensuring safety training and certifications are provided, contracts are secured per risk standards, and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Oversees budgeting, scheduling, cost reporting and forecasting, change orders, invoicing, and cash flow; reports to the COO on project progress and status. Provides leadership for the field execution team and coordinates with support services in the office. Supports sales and proposal efforts to obtain contracts and tracks project cost performance throughout the lifecycle. Requires 10-15 years of progressive construction PM experience, self-perform construction experience, and proficiency with Primavera and/or Microsoft Project.
