Job Summary
Lead Agile delivery for large-scale data and analytics programs by acting as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams and facilitating ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives. Drive Program Increment (PI) execution, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and oversee end-to-end delivery across SDLC stages. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead release planning, and present progress metrics to leadership while mentoring teams on Scrum and SAFe principles. Work extensively with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project. Requires 12 to 18 years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master roles with expertise in data engineering and analytics environments.
Required Qualifications
- 12 to 18 years of experience in Project Management / Scrum Master roles
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional Agile teams and large-scale programs
- Experience in data engineering, analytics, or product development environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
