Job Summary
Project Manager to plan, direct and coordinate construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, including creating scope narratives, managing milestone schedules, budgeting, procurement strategy, and coordinating with architects, engineers, estimators, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring Assistant PMs and Superintendents, assigning duties, overseeing document control and client communications, managing subcontractor contracts and regulatory coordination, and ensuring project progress within budget and on schedule. Requires a Bachelor's degree and ~10 years of related experience; proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Procore, and related tools; strong negotiation, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
