Job Summary
Partner with the Estimation team to review project budgets, timelines, and manpower requirements, then coordinate purchasing and review weekly job costs to ensure accuracy. Facilitate staff assignments to jobsites, attend weekly Operations Meetings to track completion and change orders, and communicate with General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and vendors regarding scope changes and deadlines. Document all project aspects via ProCore and official letterhead, while providing leadership and training to Foremen. Update the President and Head Estimator on critical issues, delays, or potential damages. Requires 10+ years of HVAC/Sheet Metal PM experience, OSHA 30 certification, and regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of demonstrated PM field experience in HVAC/Sheet Metal
- at least 5 years successful leadership of crews and projects
- Journeyman Level experience (5+ years of field work or Journeyman License)
- OSHA 30 Certified
- Proven ability to drive standardization and best practices
- Must be self-directed, customer-focused, and organized
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner to all levels inside and outside the Company
- Ability to travel regionally (work vehicle and fuel card provided)
