Job Summary
Develop a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate and resolve pre-construction challenges. Collaborate with estimating and purchasing teams to ensure project profitability, client satisfaction, and optimal subcontractor selection. Work with project superintendents to maintain accurate project schedules and complete all financial data to identify potential performance issues. Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community to reinforce world-class customer service. Lead and develop staff while fostering a collaborative environment focused on client needs. Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor
- Experience building projects specifically in commercial, hospitality, hotel, sports arenas, and healthcare
- Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff
- Highly organized, client focused, and ability to connect
Desired Qualifications
- Large project or Flag Ship experience a plus
