Job Summary
Develop a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate and resolve pre-construction challenges. Collaborate with estimating and purchasing teams to establish project setups ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Partner with the project superintendent to maintain accurate project schedules and complete all financial data to identify potential performance issues. Maintain relationships with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community. Requires 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a focus on leading staff development. Miami base salary range $95,000 - $180,000.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor
- Proven project experience in commercial, tenant interiors, hospitality and high end luxury retail
- Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff
- Highly organized, client focused, and ability to connect
- Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Large project or Flag Ship experience a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus!
