Project Manager SHAPE

Oversee projects from definition through final customer acceptance, including ERP-system data handling, risk assessment, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate logistics concepts and planning, analyze logistics volumes and KPIs, manage procurement and tendering, supervise cross-functional teams, and ensure quality- and shipping-related processes within the ERP framework. Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and lead project teams to on-time delivery, while maintaining complete project documentation and providing clear updates to management and external partners.
