Project Manager

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while owning all gates, risk, and commercial controls to ensure delivery on time, within margin, and to quality standards. Manage day-to-day operations by coordinating internal design and production teams, attending planning meetings, and serving as the primary contact for client objectives and expectations. Track performance with the PMO, monitor timelines, and proactively address scope changes or identified risks through documentation and escalation. Contribute to process improvements by adapting workflows and documenting lessons learned to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
