Project Manager – SFR Turns & Renovations | Bilingual

Manage property turns and renovations from intake through closeout, overseeing scope review, scheduling, execution, quality control, and invoicing readiness. Coordinate multiple trades including paint, flooring, drywall, and landscaping while maintaining project timelines and communicating risks related to access, materials, or vendors. Source, onboard, and manage subcontractors across the market to ensure they meet approved scope, pricing, and quality standards. Perform site inspections, create punch lists, and document work with before, during, and after photos to minimize rework. Serve as the primary contact for vendors and client stakeholders, providing timely updates on project status, blockers, and next steps. Track projects in company workflow systems, maintain complete job files, and monitor KPIs including cycle time, cost variance, and vendor performance.
