Project Manager – SFR Turns & Renovations | Bilingual

Manage property turns and renovations from intake through closeout, including scope review, scheduling, execution, quality control, and invoicing readiness. Coordinate multiple trades such as paint, flooring, drywall, and landscaping while maintaining project timelines and communicating risks. Source, onboard, and manage subcontractors across the market, ensuring they meet approved scope, pricing, and quality standards. Perform site inspections, create punch lists, and document work with before and after photos to minimize rework. Serve as the primary contact for vendors and client stakeholders, providing timely updates on status and blockers. Track projects in workflow systems, maintain complete job files, and monitor KPIs including cycle time and vendor performance.
