Job Summary
Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction by managing the construction team and assigning leads to superintendents. Monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements while ensuring all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work. Perform end-of-day debriefs with superintendents and maintain proper documentation including photos, contracts, and change orders. Requires high school diploma, construction management experience, and PMP certification preferred. Flexible work from home options available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Xactimate experience preferred
