Job Summary
Project Manager Services Specialist to coordinate with the Project Management Team, secure resources for projects, understand customer needs to achieve project goals and maintain high customer satisfaction. Participates in project meetings, assists in scheduling and implementation to ensure timely delivery and profitability, maintains strong relationships with customers and Vertiv divisions, coordinates M&E services on site, supervises and develops the project team, ensures quality from purchase order to payment, informs customers on project progress, and supports planning with the PMO Director for on-time, within-budget delivery. Required engineering degree with 7-10 years in enterprise/IT project management, strong PM techniques, leadership, negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- A Degree in Engineering fields or equivalent with minimum 7-10 years working experience in enterprise and IT industry with major involvement in project management in the turnkey data centre site preparation works.
- Strong knowledge in project management techniques and good communications skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good spoken and written skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, good team player and customer focus.
