Job Summary
Project Manager to support GE Vernova Hitachi Services PARTS Product Lines (Electrical, Electronic, Motors, Mechanical and Reactor Internals), with an immediate focus on Electrical. Acts as the central point of contact among customers and internal teams (Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Logistics) to ensure quotes and orders meet technical, financial, and customer-specific requirements, manage quote review/issuance, order entry, backlog, and on-time delivery, and drive performance metrics such as Quote Cycle Time, Backlog, and OTD while championing operational excellence and continuous improvement. Requires proactive problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and flexibility to support multiple product lines; may require off-shift hours to meet urgent business or customer needs. This role also involves exposure to nuclear energy or GVH-related industries and access to export-controlled information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business
- at least 3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Business Management
