Job Summary
Lead software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met while coordinating multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage stakeholders and risks, and define roadmaps with capacity planning and release management strategies. Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to OutSystems architectural best practices. Administer OutSystems environments, configure platforms, and troubleshoot critical applications using log analysis and issue resolution across Windows, Linux, and cloud infrastructure. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security while supporting production code releases and change approvals. Fluent in English and Portuguese with a background in OutSystems architecture, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience working with OutSystems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, administration, and platform best practices
- Proven experience managing OutSystems environments, including configuration, sizing, upgrades, design, and troubleshooting
- Experience with SDLC processes, deployment procedures, and release management
- Experience managing production code releases and change approval processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and issue resolution across multiple technologies
- Experience supporting critical applications and platform upgrades
- Ability to monitor and optimize OutSystems applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Internet, and Intranet environments
- Knowledge of security technologies such as Firewalls and Load Balancers
- Experience administering Windows and Linux environments
- Experience with AWS (EC2) and/or Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft IIS
- Understanding of HTTP protocols
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Splunk and Elastic
- Familiarity with GitHub
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills
- OutSystems 11 Professional Platform Ops Engineer Certification
- OutSystems 11 Professional DevOps Engineer Certification
- Fluent Portuguese
- Fluent English (mandatory)
