Job Summary
Project Manager within the Service Delivery team accountable for end-to-end delivery of business customer orders across telecom services. Own delivery from initiation to completion, coordinate internal and contracted third-party resources, and maintain clear, proactive communication with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities include ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes; document dependencies and priorities; apply hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes; demonstrate expertise in SDWAN implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet circuit ordering with various carriers; take on additional projects as needed to support team success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
- Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers
- Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly
- Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources
