Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing 5-8 compounds simultaneously throughout their program lifespan, serving as the primary interface between the client and internal project teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining project timelines and schedules, facilitating communication, onboarding projects into the QADC system, overseeing shipments and project meetings, and coordinating resources. Required skills include strong communication, planning, organization, time management, critical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of project management experience are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related field required
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Highly developed communication and writing skills
- Strong Planning and organization skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, conflict management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

- Adheres to predictable and consistent in-person attendance
