Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project and program management for regional operations across Asia, with a focus on Singapore and India. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets. Provide regular program updates, risk assessment, and mitigation plans; support production ramp-up and issue resolution; drive continuous improvement and standardization of project management practices; act as key interface between internal teams and customers for project-related activities; demonstrate ownership and accountability, and leverage collaboration and leadership to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in project/program management in ETO manufacturing or semicon/industrial environments
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing cross-regional or global teams
