Project Manager

Project Manager (Industrial Automation) leads projects through initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals while adhering to QMS standards. Reports in a hybrid capacity to the Director Engineering Delivery / Sr. Manager, with open hire for Noida, India. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; acting as the primary customer and cross-team liaison; leading project meetings; ensuring deliverables meet engineering standards; identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and providing status updates and forecasts. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering (PMP or equivalent preferred), 10-15 years total experience with 2-4 years in industrial automation project management, and familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and Microsoft Project. The role emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and effective prioritization within a matrix environment; hybrid work arrangement with at least some on-site presence in Noida/Pune, India.
