Job Summary
Lead and grow Quiddity's Tampa practice by shaping strategic direction for transportation, municipal, and land development services. Deliver complex infrastructure projects by collaborating with agencies, developers, and clients while coordinating multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction. Build high-performing engineering teams through mentorship, coaching, and career development. Drive business development by pursuing new clients, leading proposal strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor. Oversee project execution, budgets, and profitability to ensure successful delivery and maintain high quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
- 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Proven success managing and delivering transportation, municipal infrastructure, and/or land development projects
- Demonstrated leadership experience building, mentoring, and managing engineering teams
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Experience working with municipalities, DOT agencies, utility districts, developers, and private-sector clients
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing teams, clients, and services
