Job Summary
Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface; develop relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion. Oversee design coordination to meet client requirements, review plans and budgets, and mitigate construction risks. Ensure project safety and environmental compliance, manage timelines and reporting, and advise on options to keep budgets on track. Engage in marketing and business development initiatives; coordinate vendor scope with project delivery; draft contract documents in line with approved templates; demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Technical understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure (HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS) and a solid grasp of the total project life cycle from inception through construction to post-project review. Proactive in leveraging Microsoft tools and Primavera for planning and control; committed to a high-performance, client-focused delivery culture.
Required Qualifications
- Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years project management experience
- Advanced Microsoft skills; Primavera experience preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong bid writing and reporting skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
